面对它、接受它、处理它、放下它 文:圣严法师 生活中难免出现逆境,我经常劝勉大家,处理棘手的问题时,应该坦然地面对它、接受它、处理它、放下它。 也就是说,遇到任何困难、艰辛、不平的情况,都不逃避,因为逃避不能解决问题,只有用智慧把责任担负起来,才能真正从困扰的问题中获得解脱。 面对烦恼的方法 如何面对问题?即是告诉自己:任何事物、现象的发生,都有它一定的原因。 我们不须追究原因,也无暇追究原因,唯有面对它、改善它,才是最直接、最要紧的。 很多人都说,我是好人,为什么我还要遭受这么多的苦难? 我们要知道: 有物质之身就有果报、就有障碍,如同有山川大地,就有风雨云雾。 大修行者也要受果报的,佛陀曾遭大石块击伤,也曾罹患重病。 但是果报和障碍未必会招来烦恼,大修行者跟凡夫的差异就在于此。 凡夫被自身的遭遇所苦,信心就会退转;大修行者可以放下自我,不被烦恼所障。 我们学佛,就是要学习佛的智慧,清楚辨知烦恼的缘起,面对它、接受它、处理它、放下它。 因果必须配合因缘。对于任何情况,如果能够改善它,当即予以改善,若不能改善,便面对它接受它,绝不逃避,但是要尽力改善。 逃避责任,逃避果报,是不合算的,改善情况才是最聪明的。 经过计划的事物也不一定完全可靠,也会发生意料之外的情况,这时候就应该要接受它,然后想办法处理它,因为,因缘就是如此。 所以,如果期待计划好的事在过程中发生问题,不必伤心也不必失望,应该继续努力,促成因缘,还是有成功的机会;如果经过详细的考虑,判断因缘不可能促成,那也只好放下它,这和未经努力就放弃是截然不同的。 放下自己也放下别人 放不下自己是没有智慧,放不下别人是没有慈悲。 …
