A mind that has the pillar of mindfulness.

“As I travel the world and meet people from all different walks of life, it’s increasingly clear to me that the best friend you could ever have in your life, the best teacher, the best gift you could give yourself and others is a mind that has the pillar of mindfulness. The mindfulness that knows what it’s doing, the mind that see’s clearly it’s faults, and at the same time a mind that is free from judgement. You strengthen your mindfulness through meditation my friends. So please, remind yourself to meditate how ever much you can, every day… very calmly, very loose, with lots of spaciousness.”
